Designer consider many factors per customer request : Frequency, Characteristic Impedance, , PIM , Operating Voltage, Power Rating, Shielding, Leakage, Corona…., etc., to match RF connector and Cable to be best state and to meet the customers requested VSWR, Return Loss, and Insertion Loss.
